The Hand of Fatima Earring Charm measures 6.5mm wide by 11mm high including the top loop. 

The beads measure 2.5mm in diameter. The bracelet is 6.5" in length with a solid sterling silver 1" extender chain with three rings which means this piece can be worn at 6.5", 7" and 7.5".
