Refund policy

Returns

Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you received your item for a a credit note or refund.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Earrings can be returned as long as they have not be worn.

We are unable to offer exchanges unless it is for the same ring in a different size or flat back for same style but different post length. Please mention this on the returns form. 

Personalised Made to order & samples sale items are non refundable.

 On orders that are eligible for a free gift if, items are returned and fall below the free gift threshold the free gift must returned. If the item is not returned the price of the gift will be deducted from the refund. 

As we are a small business we cannot cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service for any returns. As our items are of value we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. Any taxes or duties that are charged on the return of any item will be debited from your refund amount.

Please use the returns form linked here. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. If you have not received your refund within this period please contact us at info@zohrehv.com.

For international orders we will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels where delivery is refused if the correct address as given to us is used.

Please note we cannot retrospectively refund if price changes after order. 

All our items come with a three year warranty from purchase for any breakages caused by manufacturing faults. Our warranty covers a repair or replacement and if that is not possible a credit note and does not cover lost or stolen jewellery. In order to claim repairs or replacements, affected item/s are required as a proof of breakage/faulty condition.
