Only just received this so time will tell but so far feels really nice quality and looks, in my opinion, better than the photos. This may be my fault for not checking the chain thickness, but it is a lot thinner than expected but I didn’t remove stars for this.

I've had one of these flatbacks for ages and used to wear it in my helix. Now I've got my second lobe piercings done I've bought a second diamond trilogy flatback so I can wear them as a pair in my lobes. Gorgeous, delicate and sparkly - love them!
I bought these for my second lobe piercings. I have very small earlobes so thought they'd be a good fit. They are really very small and therefore snug on my earlobes. I can't wear them everyday but still love the design and will wear occasionally.
