Zohreh Bespoke is our personal design service, created for those looking for something truly individual - a piece shaped around your story, your style and the moments you want to hold onto.
From the first conversation to the final piece, we work closely with you to transform an idea into jewellery with meaning; thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted and made to be treasured for generations.
THE DESIGN process
1. Free Consultation
Book a complimentary virtual consultation with our designers to discuss your design ideas and bring your vision to life. We encourage you to share any inspiration images, preferred materials, budget and desired timeframe. We have a minimum order value of £2000.
2. Design
Following your consultation, our designers will begin bringing your bespoke vision to life. A non-refundable design deposit of £250 is required at this stage, which will be deducted from the final cost of your piece.
Inspired by your ideas and personal preferences, we will create a selection of designs for you to explore. You'll have the opportunity to review each design, share your feedback and refine the details together until we have created something that feels truly yours.
3. Design Sign Off
Once your design is finalised, we'll share a detailed visual brief outlining the final design, price and estimated lead time for your approval. A non-refundable 50% deposit is then required to begin production.
You'll receive a 3D CAD rendering of your design and, where possible, a wax model to help you visualise your bespoke piece before it is brought to life.
4. Production & Delivery
Your bespoke piece will be expertly handcrafted in the UK by our skilled goldsmiths and stone setters, and hallmarked by a UK Assay Office. Each creation typically takes 6 - 8 weeks to complete, although timings may vary depending on the design.
Once finished, your jewellery will be beautifully presented in Zohreh’s bespoke packaging, ready for collection or delivery following final payment.
