After 1st January 2021 following Brexit, customers purchasing from EU countries might be subject to import taxes and duties. Please ensure you contact your local Government website to find out what these are. We are not responsible for any import duties or taxes. For deliveries that are refused on receipt, any charges occurred to Zohreh V. will be taken off the refund of the order.
We are still shipping to Europe through UPS courier only. The rates have increased due to the extra paperwork. We are still subsidising this but have had to increase our shipping rates. There are also some delays currently due to Brexit and Covid-19. We appreciate your patience at this time.

**Please note that parcels returned to Zohreh V. due to customers refusal of package are due to import and duty charges. The customers will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur (postage and return cost). The amount will be deducted from the refund amount once the parcel reaches our warehouse.
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you received your item for a a credit note or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges unless it is for the same ring in a different size. Please mention this on the returns form.
To complete your return, please print the below returns form and send with your return to C/O FUSION 3PL, ZOHREH V. JEWELLERY, BLOCK 7, UNITS 1, 2 AND 3, VESTRY ROAD, SEVENOAKS, TN14 5EL
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. We cannot check every return immediately, but if you have not received your refund within this period please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As we are a new, small business we cannot cover return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. This also applies if you ordered multiple items with the value over £195 and received free delivery but the items kept are now under this value. If you request an exchange (only possible for different sizes of rings) you will need to pay the shipping cost again. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. As our items are of value we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
Any taxes or duties that are charged on the return of any item will be debited from your refund amount.
We will not accept responsibility for any lost parcels where delivery is refused if the correct address as given to us is used. If delivery is refused from an international location and taxes are charged on receipt back to us, they will be debited from your refund amount.
All our items come with a one year warranty from purchase for any breakages caused by manufacturing faults. Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewellery. In order to claim repairs or replacements, affected item/s are required as a proof of breakage/faulty condition.
