At Zohreh V. we only use solid metals which are not plated, including solid 9k, 14k gold and sterling silver, all recycled and nickel free.

We only use natural gemstones including diamonds and are all responsibly sourced. The diamond quality and carat information is stated on our product pages.

Like anything jewellery needs to be cleaned from time to time to avoid any build up of dirt or products. You can use a polishing cloth or for any stubborn stains using bio-carbonate of soda & hot water. Here is a link on our Instagram for more detail.

Silver loves being worn everyday and does naturally tarnish over time especially when not worn. This is easily corrected with a sterling silver polishing cloth as well as warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive cloth.

Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you received your item for a credit note or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You are able to return earrings as long as the have not be worn.

We offer exchanges for the same ring or flat back in a different size. Please mention this on the returns form.
