The diamond measures 1.5mm in diameter. Length of post is 5mm and thickness is 1.1mm, 17 gauge. The depth is 1.5mm which means it sits really nicely close to the ear and super comfortable. Disc at back measures 3mm. Diamond colour is HI, clarity SI-2. approx 0.014ct
